We provide our services within a 30-mile radius from 98201. If you require an appointment outside of this area, there will be an additional charge of $1 per mile.

ADUs, significant features, and/or amenities located off-premises may incur an extra fee. Unless explicitly mentioned, lifestyle and city photos are not included and should be reserved separately as an optional addition.

The cost for image editing touch-ups, such as item removal or adding grass, varies depending on the complexity of the task. The charges range from

$5 to $30 per photo.

Require quick photo delivery? Feel free to reach out to us for prioritized same-night or rush service. Please note that rush orders are dependent on availability and come with a minimum charge of $150, applicable to photo services only.

In order to ensure optimal photo quality, we kindly request that properties are prepared and ready for photography upon our arrival. If you need to reschedule a shoot, please provide a minimum notice of 48 hours. For additional information, please refer to our FAQ section.
